There are a lot of DIY Solar Panel guides available to buy on the market today. But I didn’t want to get ripped off. My main concern was getting ripped off and my second one was ‘What if the solar panels were too hard to make?’
If you want to skip ahead, go ahead and look at this DIY solar panel review guide to help you out.
Learning how to make a solar panel and not get ripped off.
I was sure that I went over all the different brands, including, but not limited to Power4Home, and Earth 4 Energy. It seems like the one thing in common all of them had was a money-back guarantee. Some had different time periods though. It was on thing to say things from your mouth just to make a sale, but I wanted to be sure they the company actually backed up their claim and fully supported the guarantee. What I did next was look up what other people in my situation had did.
I steered clear of those pages that were merely trying to sell me stuff.
I was astonished to find out that some of the companies I was looking at didn’t even bother with customer support and didn’t get high stars. There were a few that did say they were dissatisfied with the package, but eventually got refunds.
I finally found the two products that weren’t cross off my list because they actually provided good customer support.

How hard would it be to make the solar panels?
The second reason for my hesitation was not knowing for sure if I could handle putting together the solar panels all by myself without the aid of others. I didn’t even go to college and barely graduated from high school. The truth of the matter is that I work in the shipping and receiving department for a company and don’t know or don’t have a technical background..
Before I made the decision to buy the guide, I wanted to be absolutely sure that I could handle it and make the solar panels myself. The pages that sold the guides tried to reassure me by telling me that even a 15 year old could do it, but because they were selling it to me, I couldn’t fully believe them. I wanted a point of view that was unbiased and not out to get something.
I went online again and get opinions from my peers to give me a honest review. My peers gave me their experiences and also warned me on a couple of things I should look out for and it honestly didn’t look too hard.
I did more thorough research to see what do I really need to know before I got myself into this. I got in an in-depth conversation with some forum members to find out that some actually tried these Do-It-Yourself energy projects.
